Yoyos Tutoring Booking Policy (YTBP)

Price: $97/year (fixed)

2. Limited Golden Membership: All in Golden Membership, but for 1 month. Price: $45 for 1 month.

3. Free Trial: 5 Free Trial for all Sessions. Price: $0.

Bookings:

​

The YTBP is applicable to all plan, services, programs, etc. Any changes to this policy may change any time.

​

1. Scheduling Appointments

- All tutoring sessions must be booked through our scheduling platform at my website.
- Appointments are available during the following hours (*schedule subject to changes):  
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM  
- Friday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and must be confirmed via direct communication.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.  
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 6 hours before the session start time.  
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may result in a cancellation fee of 50% (i.e., $15.00) of the session price.  
- No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% (i.e., $30.00) of the session fee.

3. Payment Policy

- Payments can be made via Yoyo's Tutoring website exclusively before the session.  
- A late payment fee may apply if payment is not received within 24 hours after the session (if applicable).

4. Session Policies

- Students should be prepared with materials, textbooks, and specific questions to maximize the session’s efficiency.  
- Sessions will start and end on time; extra time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.  
- If a student is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

5. Code of Conduct

- Respectful behavior is expected during all sessions. Any form of misconduct may result in termination of services.  
- Any technical issues for online sessions should be reported immediately.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

​

6. Emergency Situations

- If an emergency arises, please contact Yoyos Tutoring as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.  
- If the tutoring is active and the tutor does not arrive 30 minutes before the tutoring starts, we give 100% money back.
